Hey Catalyst, we are very excited to get these new Lenovo X1's in your hand but here are a few things you will need to do prior to coming in.

Please bring your old device and charger (it is a must)

Make sure to back everything up on either google drive or one drive (videos below)

Make sure to come up with a new password before coming in - We will change at pickup. Your password must contains Letters, Special character ($,@,!) and lastly have a number

Make sure to bring your cell phone with you to authenticate via Authenticator APP

PLEASE DOWNLOAD the Microsoft Authenticator App before coming

After picking up, you canto follow the "Welcome to Your New Device" video below to get setup. Once setup is complete, then you will have to login to the following applications.

your Classroom
Your classroom is equipped with the following - It is your responsibility to keep your tech inventoried and monitored at all times.
Smart Board with 4 Smart markers.
Charlie Station - Monitor, Docking Station, Webcam and a Cart.
Telephone - telephones are mounted in your classrooms. Your extension is based on a classroom number you're assigned. CSM extensions prefix is 4 and CCR extensions prefix is 2, for Example Extension 2107 is a classroom number 107 at Circle Rock.
Scholar Devices
Catalyst Schools is a 1:1 school which means all scholars will have an assigned device. Things to keep in mind:
2nd through 12th Grade Scholars are not to leave a device in a classroom, devices and chargers must be taken home to charge every night.
Scholars are only allowed to use their own device. Please do not give them a device you found.
If a device is found and you're not sure who it belongs to please let us know using a ticket.
For K and 1st grade teachers who have a devices in their rooms, please note that you are responsible for all your devices to be counted and charged for the next morning.

If a device is damaged or lost - You must always enter a ticket at helpdesk and send the device to the main office.
